Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Joe's Rentals, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours, a partial refund may apply, depending on the circumstances. We want to ensure our customers feel confident and secure when renting from us.
